I'm Amy! I'm a small-town Oregon grown gal with a love of cake. I'm the owner and baker of Blossom Baking, a private cake studio tucked back in the bustling orchards of Hood River, Oregon. Read my story below.
What's inside?
If you don't want plain ol' wedding cake that gets ignored by your guests all evening, look no further. My sponges and fillings have been thoughtfully tailored, tried and true. Packed with buttermilk, sour cream and the best butter I can get my hands on, filled with Oregon grown berries or rich and decadent chantilly creams, curds and mousses, my cakes are sure to wow your guests and make them come back for seconds! Amy with Blossom Baking made the cake for our wedding in Oct. 2024, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out. Amy was so easy to work with and made the whole process a breeze. She absolutely nailed the flowers on our cake (they matched our other florals perfectly). We ended up with three different flavors of cake, after many rounds of cake tasting, and we got lots of compliments from our guests (the pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese mousse was a huge hit). It was such a pleasure to work with Amy, and we’re looking forward to ordering from her again for our anniversary in the following years so we can revisit the (literal and metaphorical) sweet memories from our special day!
