Okay, fine— yes I am biased. But I'll tell you. My favorite wedding cake flavor is anything with the Almond Poppyseed base. It was inspired by those gigantic poppyseed muffins I used to beg my mom for at every truck stop on our many road trips while screaming Tom Petty's greatest hits at the tops of our lungs.
