Blossom Baking serves the Columbia River Gorge. Oregon areas include the communities of Hood River, Odell, Parkdale, The Dalles, Cascade Locks, Mount Hood, Mosier and Bridal Veil Lakes. Washington communities: White Salmon, Underwood, Carson, Trout Lake, Husum, Lyle, Bingen and Stevenson.

Not anymore! I used to have a storefront in downtown Hood River; but, in 2025 we built a commercial kitchen on our private property specializing in catered events only.

Please submit an inquiry below using the "contact us" button and we'll chat about all of your options if I'm available on your event date! I'll send over the full menus and base pricing information (cake, dessert tables, supplemental desserts) After your (optional) tasting box purchase, and our initial email consultation, you should have a good idea about whether I'm a good fit to make your desserts! To solidify our partnership I'll send over the next steps for you to complete to include a contract and a request for half payment of your total order, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.

During our email conversations I'll request some photo inspiration for what you have in mind for your wedding cake or dessert table. Pinterest boards, invitations, and a picture of your wedding dress or details that are important to you are all great tools to help me create something unique and special to you!

No phone consultations, sorry! My brain needs all of our conversations on paper for my reference to thoughtfully and perfectly execute your dessert needs.

Please keep in mind I work with strictly buttercream decorated cakes, no fondant designs available here.

Tasting boxes are available for cakes only, no dessert table tastings at this time.

Tastings are available for pre order pickup from my contactless pickup-fridge located on our farm in Hood River, Oregon. We can also deliver your boxes to your wedding venue during your site visits.

To purchase a tasting box please first contact me to ensure your wedding date is available, then I'll send you the tasting menu! When you email me your tasting order with your preferred pickup or delivery date I'll send you an invoice payable online along with instructions. Thanks!

I'll ensure every important detail is communicated and taken care of one month prior to your event. The final payment, delivery details, design details, placement or storage of the cake, cake stands, cake flowers, etc. I handle all of the details so you don't have to. Please expect thoughtful, reliable and consistent service from me from our email consultations to the delivery of your desserts.

Helpful note: if you have a coordinator, encourage your vendors to deal with them directly! In my experience, they'll happily figure out the details you may not have experience with. For me especially, when it comes to delivery times, cake flowers, cake stands and cutting, the hired professionals and caterers are usually happy to work with me to execute the beautiful details of your day so there's less stress for you.
