I'm the owner and baker of Blossom Baking, a private cake studio tucked back in the bustling orchards of Hood River, Oregon. I was born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest and have worked in kitchens of all kinds my entire professional life.

In 2023 I bought a little bakery in downtown Hood River from a mentor I worked for, she taught me the basics of wedding cake design and I hit the ground running, it all came so naturally and excitedly; finally finding that *thing* I'd been searching for. Jess handed me the keys once I passed all her tests and she felt comfortable leaving her clients in my hands. I've since passed the bakery storefront on to another growing baker and have built a private cake studio on our family property here in Hood River and primarily focus on catered events and wedding cakes.

I'm delighted to bring your cakes, tiered masterpieces, dessert tables and everything in between to life - Baking is my favorite. My recipes are years and years into development and research, and I've pestered my family (and anyone within arms reach, really) with taste test upon taste test to make sure things are just right. The photo is me in my grandma's kitchen, we've been sort-of a dynamic duo since the day I was born whether she was ready or not. I'd beg to be in the kitchen next to her and shove a stool around wherever she was so I could climb up to get my hands in the middle of whatever dreamy dish she was making. Fast forward about 30 years... she's now queen of the dish pit while I sling buttercream and run wedding cakes all over the valley! My ride or die, and biggest cheerleader.
